With over nine years of experience in water resources engineering, STEM mentorship, and strategic leadership, she has made a lasting impact on industries, communities, and aspiring professionals worldwide.
As the Founder of Adelois Consulting and Co-Founder of AfriteQ Academy, Lois has pioneered programs that bridge the gap between technical expertise and accessible education. Her work empowers individuals, organizations, and policymakers to advance sustainable engineering solutions while fostering STEM talent development.

A Global Influence in STEM & Leadership
Beyond engineering, Lois is an influential voice in STEM equity, having designed and executed impactful outreach initiatives in collaboration with multinational organizations. She has inspired over 500 girls to pursue STEM careers, mentored emerging professionals, and championed diversity in technical fields.
In addition to her engineering expertise, Lois is a proficient graphic designer and website builder, leveraging digital platforms to promote innovation, education, and advocacy. Her ability to integrate technology, engineering, and mentorship uniquely positions her as a thought leader driving change in the STEM landscape.
