As the Founder of Adelois Consulting and Co-Founder of AfriteQ Academy, Lois has pioneered programs that bridge the gap between technical expertise and accessible education. Her work empowers individuals, organizations, and policymakers to advance sustainable engineering solutions while fostering STEM talent development.

In addition to her engineering expertise, Lois is a proficient graphic designer and website builder, leveraging digital platforms to promote innovation, education, and advocacy.
