Our Mentee’s Feedback

Before joining the Career Launchpad, I was overwhelmed and unsure how to start my career journey. The Career Toolkit helped me set clear goals, improve my resume, and reach out to mentors with confidence. Within a few weeks, I secured my first internship! This 1:1 mentoring truly gave me the direction and support I needed.

Career Launchpad was exactly what I needed at a turning point in my career. After working in tech for a few years, I knew I wanted a change but didn’t know where to start. The program helped me clarify my goals, revamp my resume, and feel confident about my next steps. I especially appreciated the STEM-focused coaching, it felt like it was made for people like me

Demi

The one-on-one I had with you a few days prior was wonderful as well. I learnt alot of things and got good advice. I loved that I was given action points to go on and achieve and I love that I was able to express all my little worries and plans to you. You presented Information and advice in a safe way that made me feel like I can trust you and you know what you are saying. All in all I enjoyed the one on one, it wasn't a meaningless meeting which would leave me feeling no different or just as direction less than I was prior to it. I'm already working to accomplish all the things I jotted down and I'm looking forward to the resume review from you.
