What to Expect

Your 4‑Week Career Accelerator Journey

Orientation & Goal Setting: Meet your mentor and cohort, define personal and career goals and begin a growth journal to track your progress. Start your project.
Building Confidence & Self-Awareness: Mentor-led group discussion on strengths and values, peer accountability and reflective task.
Networking & Career Mindset: Guided discussion on relationship-building and opportunities.
Roadmap & Reflection: Presenting your project, personal reflection, 90-day action plan, graduation and certificate.

Eligibility

  • The Career Accelerator (4 Weeks) is open to:
  • Final-year students preparing to graduate
  • Recent graduates (within the last 2 years)
  • Individuals who can commit 3–5 hours per week for live sessions, reflection tasks, and peer discussions
  • Those eager to learn in a small, mentor-led group environment
  • No prior work experience is required — just commitment, curiosity, and the willingness to grow.
