Career Launchpad is a 6-week 1:1 mentorship program designed to help early-career women in STEM gain clarity, confidence, and direction in their careers. Over the course of six weeks, you’ll work closely with a dedicated mentor to clarify your career goals, refine your resume, optimize your LinkedIn profile, practice job interviews, and build networking strategies tailored to the Canadian job market. The program ends with a personalized career roadmap that outlines your next steps, giving you practical tools and guidance to move forward with confidence.

Frequently Asked Questions

The program is highly structured, focusing on actionable steps each week (e.g., week 1: goal setting, week 2: resume optimization, etc.). You will have 6 dedicated 1:1 sessions with your mentor, one per week, plus asynchronous support between meetings.

The one-time payment covers all 6 weeks of personalized 1:1 mentorship sessions, a customized career development workbook, access to exclusive Adelois resources, and tailored feedback on your professional documents (resume, cover letter, LinkedIn).

Before your first session, we require you to complete a brief questionnaire outlining your current challenges and 1-3 primary goals for the 6 weeks. This ensures your first meeting is immediately productive and focused.

If you wish to continue mentorship, you have the option to transition seamlessly into one of the Mentorship+ monthly subscription plans, which are designed for ongoing support and long-term career management.

Yes, all 1:1 sessions are live video calls to ensure personalized interaction. Scheduling is flexible; we use a booking system that accounts for various time zones to fit the schedules of both the early-career mentee and the professional mentor.
