With over nine years of experience in water resources engineering, STEM mentorship, and strategic leadership, she has made a lasting impact on industries, communities, and aspiring professionals worldwide.

As the Founder of Adelois Consulting and Co-Founder of AfriteQ Academy, Lois has pioneered programs that bridge the gap between technical expertise and accessible education. Her work empowers individuals, organizations, and policymakers to advance sustainable engineering solutions while fostering STEM talent development.

Her mission is clear: to revolutionize STEM education, champion sustainable development, and empower the next generation of engineers, innovators, and change-makers.
