We’re Hiring Mentors at Adelois Consulting

Adelois Consulting is looking for passionate and experienced professionals to join our team as Mentors for Women in STEM. This is a flexible, part-time, hourly role designed for individuals who want to support and guide early-career women in STEM.

Responsibilities

Facilitate small-group mentorship sessions during scheduled programs
Lead discussions on assigned topics (confidence, career transitions, leadership, networking, AI, etc.)
Share professional experiences, advice, and actionable insights
Encourage meaningful engagement, questions, and conversation
Provide a supportive and inclusive environment for early-career women
Offer guidance on STEM career paths, personal branding, and professional development
Attend pre-event briefings and preparation meetings when required
Participate in event promotion when possible (sharing your mentor flyer, etc.)
Represent Adelois Consulting with professionalism, empathy, and clarit

Who We’re Looking For

Professional experience in a STEM field (Engineering, Science, Technology, Mathematics, Research, etc.)
Minimum 4+ years of industry or academic experience
Passion for mentoring, coaching, or empowering women in STEM
Strong communication and listening skills
Ability to lead discussions and connect with diverse groups
Comfortable mentoring virtually (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.)
Ability to maintain confidentiality and a supportive mentoring environment

What You Need to Know

This is not a full-time position
Mentors are paid $30 per hour
Hours depend on the program and your availability
Sessions are conducted virtually
You can choose the programs you want to support
No minimum weekly hours required
Perfect for professionals who enjoy mentoring, coaching or helping others grow

Compensation

$30/hour per program
Payment processed after program completion.
