The Career Accelerator Program is a 2-week immersive mentorship and professional growth experience for early-career women in STEM who want to design meaningful careers and stand out in competitive industries.

Unlike traditional training programs, the Career Accelerator blends engineering mindset, storytelling, and real-world simulation to help participants gain clarity, build confidence, and position themselves as future STEM leaders.

This is not a job placement program — it’s a career-design experience that equips you with the skills, structure, and support to accelerate your growth and launch your career with purpose.

What to Expect

Your 2‑Week Career Accelerator Journey

Define your STEM identity and strengths and uncover your purpose and design your career blueprint
Build your personal brand and visibility strategy and create a powerful resume, portfolio, and online presence.
Engage in a mini industry challenge or project simulation and practice collaboration, presentation, and leadership skills.
Present your final project and career launch plan and learn to communicate your impact and influence others

Eligibility

  • The Career Accelerator (2 Weeks) is open to:
  • Individuals who can commit 3–5 hours per week for live sessions, reflection tasks, and peer discussions
  • Those eager to learn in a small, mentor-led group environment
  • No prior work experience is required — just commitment, curiosity, and the willingness to grow.

You don’t need previous work experience — just curiosity, commitment, and a passion for growth.

No. The Career Accelerator Program is not a job or internship. It’s an experiential learning and mentorship program that equips you with real-world skills, guidance, and career tools to prepare you for future opportunities.

Yes. There is a program fee that covers mentorship, training sessions, digital resources, and certification. This fee helps us provide quality learning experiences and compensate mentors for their time. Partial scholarships or sponsorships may be available for outstanding candidates.

The Career Accelerator Program is 100% virtual. Sessions are held weekly via Zoom, supported by collaborative tools like Google Workspace, Notion, and Canva. Participants also have access to mentors and resources throughout the program.

Expect to dedicate about 3–4 hours per week, which includes live sessions, mentorship time, and assignments. Each activity is designed to fit within a flexible schedule.

Our mentors are experienced professionals and industry leaders in STEM who are passionate about guiding early-career women. They bring expertise in engineering, environmental science, technology, and professional development.

Applications are open for the next cohort, beginning February. Spaces are limited to ensure personalized mentorship. Early registration is encouraged to secure your spot.
