Career Launchpad Mentorship is a 6-week mentorship journey that gives you more than just career tools. It gives you a mentor in your corner.
We believe that resumes, LinkedIn profiles, and interview tips are useful, but they only work when paired with guidance, accountability, and support from someone who has walked the path before you. That is what makes this program different.
Through weekly mentor sessions, peer accountability pods, and personalized action plans, you’ll gain:

Workshops exist as mentorship tools inside the program. If you only need a one‑off clinic, contact us for the Workshop Pass.
Time commitment
4 – 6 hrs/week: live sessions, implementation, and targeted applications. Elite adds weekly 1:1s.
Do I get a certificate?
Yes, participants who complete their action plan receive a Career Launchpad Mentorship Certificate.
