The Career Launchpad Program is a 1:1 career development and mentorship program designed to support Women in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics as they grow, transition, or enter their careers.

Because women in STEM often face unique barriers from limited representation to confidence gaps, biased hiring practices, and unclear career pathways, this program provides tailored guidance that addresses these challenges head-on.

Practicing for Interviews: Mock interview with your mentor with feedback on body language, answers, and mindset.
Your Mentor-Guided Roadmap: Create a 90-day career action plan with your mentor.
