The Early Engineers is a One-on-One Mentorship Program that provides a personalized experience to guide high school and college students as they begin their journey in engineering.
In this one-on-one format, students receive individualized coaching with Lois, an experienced engineer and mentor passionate about helping young people explore and succeed in the engineering field.
