About Launch-HER Program

The Launch-HER Program is a structured, module based career development program designed to support women in STEM as they grow and advance in their careers. Through four core modules Career Clarity and Vision, Personal Brand and Professional Identity, Strategic Career Growth, and Workplace Navigation and Confidence, participants gain practical guidance to better understand their career direction, communicate their value, and navigate professional environments with confidence. The program is designed for students, early career professionals, and women in STEM who want greater clarity, stronger positioning, and a more intentional approach to building a meaningful and sustainable career in technical fields.

Module 1

Career Clarity & Direction

In this module, you will take time to reflect on where you are in your career and where you want to go next. We will explore your strengths, interests, and opportunities in STEM, helping you define a clearer direction and leave with a stronger vision for your career. 

  • This module can be taken independently.
  • Duration: 3 Working Days
  • What to Expect: Virtual Workshop Session, Worksheets & 1:1 Mentorship with a mentor

Module 2

Personal Brand & Professional Identity

In this module, you will learn how to present yourself with confidence in professional spaces. We will explore how to communicate your skills, strengths, and experiences clearly, while helping you build a professional identity that reflects your value and the impact you bring to your field. 

  • This module can be taken independently.
  • Duration: 3 Working Days
  • What to Expect: Virtual Workshop Session, Worksheets & 1:1 Mentorship with a mentor

Module 3

Strategic Career Growth

In this module, we focus on how careers grow intentionally rather than by chance. You will learn how to identify opportunities, make thoughtful career decisions, and position yourself for advancement so your hard work leads to meaningful progress in your career.

  • This module requires completion of Module 1 and Module 2, as it builds on the clarity and professional positioning developed earlier.
  • Duration: 5 Working Days

Module 4

Workplace Navigation & Confidence

In this module, you will build the confidence and awareness needed to navigate workplace environments. We will discuss professional communication, handling challenges, and showing up with clarity and confidence so you can contribute effectively and feel more comfortable in your professional space.

  • This module requires completion of Modules 1, 2, and 3, as it brings together everything learned to help you confidently navigate professional environments.
  • Duration: 5 Working Days

What We Would Like You to Know

  • All modules begin with a short assessment of your career needs, followed by a FREE 30 minutes consultation. Once both sides confirms the fit, an invoice will be issued and sessions will be scheduled by mutual agreement.
  • Fees are customized based on your goals and selected modules.
  • Most clients invest between $500 - $2500 for a complete LaunchHER Journey, depending on the cmbination of modules chosen.
  • Exact details will be discussed after your FREE consultation.
  • We will discuss the best module combination based on your needs during the FREE 30 mins consultation.
