The REBOOT Mentoring Program is a unique, year-long FREE mentorship opportunity designed to support ambitious young women as they navigate their engineering studies and prepare for a rewarding career. The program only selects 2 (TWO) Engineering students a year. Applications are taken from November through December every year.
How REBOOT Mentoring works
8 Months Personalized Mentorship: You will choose your own mentoring topics for each session. As your mentor, I will work with only your needs and assess your performance.
4 Months Project-based Learning: You will officially become an intern. I will tailor your 8 months personalized mentorship to help you to enhance your technical and leadership skills to excel in engineering.
Skills Development: As you begin your mentoring sessions, you will develop soft and technical skills needed to excel in engineering.

Eligibility Criteria
Must be a female undergraduate student pursuing a degree in engineering.
Have completed at least one year of engineering studies.
