Who is the STEM Role Model Community for?

This community and webinar series are designed for STEM students (current, graduating, or recently graduated) and new graduates across Canada, especially those looking to launch their first professional roles in engineering and tech. We also welcome international students and newcomers navigating the Canadian job market.

Yes, absolutely! The Adelois Consulting STEM Role Model Community and all our webinar series are completely free for students and new graduates to join and attend. Our mission is to provide accessible, high-value insights.

Role Models primarily contribute by participating in 1-hour webinar sessions (presentation + Q&A) on topics related to their expertise. The commitment is flexible and designed to fit into busy professional schedules. There is no ongoing mentorship obligation unless mutually agreed upon outside the community structure.

We aim to host webinars monthly or bi-monthly, depending on speaker availability and the relevance of current industry topics. Check our "Upcoming Webinar Series" section for the latest schedule.
