STEMUp is an 8-week group mentorship program designed to support students, recent graduates, and early-career professionals women in STEM fields. Through small-group mentorship, career-building sessions, and peer learning, participants gain the tools, mindset, and guidance they need to move forward in their careers with confidence. No more going it alone. You’ll grow with mentors and a group of like-minded peers who are navigating the same questions, challenges, and goals.

Mentees at any stage of their career, whether early in their undergraduate studies, seeking employment, or looking to advance their careers, are encouraged to apply. Additionally, newcomers to Canada with international experience who are seeking opportunities in the Canadian workplace are welcome to participate.
