Current Opportunities
NurtureHER Partnership Development Consultant
Contract | Remote | Canada | Commission-Based
Help us bring NurtureHER into organizations that want to build stronger mentorship systems for women in STEM.
You will identify prospective partners, connect with decision-makers, build relationships, lead outreach, support discovery conversations, manage follow-ups, and help turn qualified opportunities into NurtureHER partnerships.
You might be a great fit if you:
- Enjoy business development and relationship building
- Are comfortable initiating professional conversations
- Have experience in partnerships, sales, HR, recruitment, consulting, corporate relations, or a related field
- Can confidently communicate with organizational decision-makers
- Are organized and comfortable managing your own pipeline
- Believe in the value of mentorship and career development for women in STEM
Time commitment: Flexible, with approximately 5–8 hours per week during active partnership development periods.
Compensation: Commission-based, with commission earned on eligible NurtureHER partnerships you originate and help close.
NurtureHER Mentorship Program Design Consultant
Project-Based Contract | Remote | Canada
Help us turn organizational mentorship goals into programs people can actually use.
You will work with Adelois and our organizational partners to design customized mentorship frameworks, participant journeys, mentor and mentee resources, matching processes, program calendars, evaluation tools, and implementation systems through the NurtureHER Wheelhouse.
You might be a great fit if you:
- Have experience in mentorship, learning and development, HR, career development, organizational development, program management, or related work
- Love turning ideas into structured programs
- Are a strong writer and resource creator
- Understand how to design meaningful participant experiences
- Are detail-oriented and comfortable working independently
- Care about developing better career support systems for women in STEM
Time commitment: Project-based, with no guaranteed weekly hours. A typical client project may require approximately 25–50 hours depending on scope.
Compensation: Project-based and agreed before each engagement.
LaunchHer & FutureHer Program Promoter
Contract | Remote | Canada | Commission-Based
Help more girls and early-career women discover the mentorship and support they need in STEM.
We are looking for enthusiastic Program Promoters to help us grow awareness and registrations for LaunchHer and FutureHer through social media, personal networks, schools, universities, STEM communities, and professional circles.
What You’ll Do
- Promote LaunchHer and FutureHer online and within your network
- Create authentic social media content and share campaign materials
- Direct interested participants to official program information
- Promote applications, registration deadlines, and events
- Use your unique referral link or code to track successful registrations

A content creator, student leader, STEM professional, campus ambassador, community builder, or micro-influencer who enjoys sharing meaningful opportunities and connecting with others.
You do not need a large following. A relevant and engaged community matters more.
You Might Be a Great Fit If You Are
This is a flexible, commission-based contract role with no fixed weekly hours.
You earn commission for eligible participants who successfully register through your referral link or promotional code. Additional campaign bonuses may also be available.
Adelois will provide promotional assets, key messages, program information, and campaign support.
