FutureHer Mentorship
A structured 4-week mentorship program for girls in middle and high school. Every FutureHer deserves a Big Sister in STEM. An intentional investment in your daughter’s confidence, clarity, and curiosity.
Why invest in FutureHer
Some things are worth showing up for.
Girls who join FutureHer leave with three things money can’t quickly buy: clarity, confidence, and a sisterhood that walks with them
01
A real mentor, not an app
Your daughter is matched with a Big Sister, a real woman in STEM, not a chatbot or generic curriculum. Mentorship that meets her where she is.
02
Structured, intentional, measurable
Your daughter is matched with a Big Sister, a real woman in STEM, not a chatbot or generic curriculum. Mentorship that meets her where she is.
03
A sisterhood for life
FutureHer is just the start. Every girl who graduates joins the wider Sisters in STEM community, with ongoing access to resources and mentor spotlights.
For girls · For parents
Built for two people at once.
FutureHer is designed with girls and parents in mind from day one. Both should feel confident saying yes.

For parents & guardians
How we keep your daughter safe.
Every choice we make in FutureHer is filtered through one question: is this safe and visible to her parent or guardian?
Vetted Big Sisters only
Every mentor is a Big Sister in STEM with verified credentials and a documented background check. We never pair girls with unvetted volunteers.
Group Sessions only
Your daughter is matched with a Big Sister, a real woman in STEM, not a chatbot or generic curriculum. Mentorship that meets her where she is.
Sessions Recorded & Shared

Weekly Parent updates
Each week we send parents an email summary of what was covered, what’s coming next, and how their daughter is engaging.

What if I miss a live session?
