FutureHer for
Girls in STEM

Discover Her, Explore Her, Build Her &  Celebrate Her

Adelois Consulting FutureHer

Hello, Girl in STEM

You are curious, capable, and building a future full of possibility. But sometimes STEM can feel like a lot to figure out on your own, from choosing what to study to wondering which career is right for you.

At Adelois, we want you to have the support we wish every girl in STEM had earlier: someone to ask, someone to learn from, and someone to remind you that you belong here.

Through mentorship, career exposure, practical learning, and community, we help you explore what is possible and grow with confidence.

Your STEM story is just beginning.

What is FutureHer?

The FutureHer Mentorship Program is a four-week virtual mentorship experience designed to empowering current female grade 09-12 STEM oriented students.

For parents & guardians

How we keep your daughter safe.

Every choice we make in FutureHer is filtered through one question: is this safe and visible to her parent or guardian?

Vetted Big Sisters only

Every mentor is a Big Sister in STEM with verified credentials and a documented background check. We never pair girls with unvetted volunteers.

Group Sessions only

Your daughter is matched with a Big Sister, a real woman in STEM, not a chatbot or generic curriculum. Mentorship that meets her where she is.

Sessions Recorded & Shared

Every live session is recorded and the link shared with parents within 24 hours. You can review any session your daughter attends.

Weekly Parent updates

Each week we send parents an email summary of what was covered, what’s coming next, and how their daughter is engaging.

Parent Consent required

Every application requires written parent or guardian consent. Parents have direct access to the team for any concern, any time.

Easy Withdrawal

If the first week isn’t right for her, we offer an easy withdrawal process within 7 days of cohort start.

FAQs

What is FutureHer?

FutureHer is a 4-week virtual STEM mentorship experience for high school girls, followed by an in-person Showcase & Celebration Day.

FutureHer is designed for high school girls who are curious about STEM, university pathways, future careers, or simply want to explore what is possible.

Not at all. FutureHer is about discovery and exploration, so you can join even if you are still figuring out your interests.

Mentees are supported by female university students and early-career women studying or working in STEM and related fields.

What happens during the four virtual weeks?

You will work through four themes: Discover Her, Explore Her, Build Her and Celebrate Her, while exploring strengths, STEM careers, future pathways, confidence and personal goals.

The final in-person event brings mentees, mentors, families and special invited guests together to celebrate the journey. It will include mentee showcases, presentations, networking, recognition, certificates, photos and other special moments.

Mentees and mentors will be joined by parents, families, program partners and specially invited guests from STEM, education, industry and the community.

You will leave with greater confidence, stronger awareness of STEM opportunities, mentorship connections, a personal FutureHer Roadmap, new friendships and a certificate of completion.

Your Big Sister in STEM
