Adelois Consulting was proud to sponsor the Society of Women Engineers Lagos Affiliate’s Engineer Her Future Conference 1.0, held on June 5, 2026, at the Radisson Blu Anchorage Hotel in Victoria Island, Lagos.
The conference brought together professional women engineers, university students and secondary-school girls for a day of learning, mentorship, networking and honest conversations about building successful careers in engineering and other STEM fields.

Our sponsorship provided financial support toward the planning and delivery of the conference. The Engineer Her Future Conference featured keynote presentations, panel conversations and networking opportunities addressing the realities women experience at different stages of their STEM journeys.
Participants heard from women leading across industries, learned about overcoming barriers in traditionally male-dominated environments and explored the realities of studying engineering and other STEM programmes at university.
The event also created opportunities for secondary-school students and university students to connect with professionals who could offer encouragement, guidance and practical advice.
These conversations align closely with the work of Adelois Consulting. Through our mentorship programmes, career-development initiatives and Sisters in STEM community, we create spaces where women and girls can ask questions, build confidence and receive support from people who understand the journey.
