Before you position yourself for an opportunity, you need to know what you bring to it.
Day 2
LinkedIn Glow-Up
Refresh your profile, strengthen your positioning and make it easier for recruiters, collaborators and industry professionals to understand exactly what you do.
Day 3
CV Rescue
Review, refine and reposition your CV so it communicates your achievements, skills and potential clearly.
Day 4
Network Your Way In
Learn how to build genuine professional relationships, reach out with confidence and grow a network that goes beyond collecting LinkedIn connections.
Day 5
Find the Opportunities
Learn how to identify roles, programs, scholarships, mentorships, events and career-building opportunities that align with where you want to go.
Day 6
Become Visible
Learn how to talk about your achievements, share your expertise and intentionally build professional visibility without feeling like you’re bragging.
Day 7
Position Yourself
Create your next-step career positioning plan and decide how you want to show up moving forward.

Sisters in STEM Hangout
Seven days later, we come back together to celebrate the progress, lessons, connections and wins made throughout the challenge.

Who is the challenge for?
The 7-Day StepUp, STEMUp Challenge is designed for STEM students, recent graduates, and early-career women who want to become more intentional about their career growth.
How does the challenge work?
A new challenge will be shared with you each day through our private WhatsApp group and email. You can complete each activity at a time that works for you.
Do we meet every day?
No. There are no daily live sessions. The challenge is designed to be flexible and easy to fit around school, work, and life.
Is there a fee to join?
No! The 7-Day Challenge is a free program.
How much time should I set aside each day?
Most challenges can be completed in about 20–30 minutes, although you can spend more time on them if you want to go deeper.
What happens on the final day?
We will come together for a live closing session to connect, reflect on the week, celebrate progress, and talk about how to keep the momentum going.
Do I need to be a Sisters in STEM member?
No. You can join even if this is your first Sisters in STEM experience. The challenge is also a great way to meet the community and stay connected after the seven days.
