Appy for CAIP
CAIP is open to women studying STEM at Canadian colleges or universities who live or study in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
Time commitment: Approximately 5–7 hours per week for six weeks, plus the virtual hiring event after the programme.
Cost: Programme participation is free. A $50 application fee applies.
Experience: Previous work experience is not required.
CAIP provides educational project experience, not employment or a formal co-op placement. Participation does not guarantee admission, an interview, a job, or a co-op position.
After the programme, students attend a virtual hiring event with participating companies, where they can meet employers, learn about opportunities, and discuss their project experience.
