Adelois Consulting is proud to launch the Big Sisters in STEM Initiative, a mentorship movement that connects early-career women in STEM (Little Sisters) with experienced women in STEM (Big Sisters) who have walked the road, faced the fire, and come out stronger.
This is not a corporate mentorship program with stiff emails and awkward check-ins.
This is the real thing. Honest conversations. Genuine guidance. A community of women who actually show up for each other.
Because every Little Sister deserves a Big Sister who gets it.
