The Girls in STEM Mentorship Program is designed to inspire, guide, and empower girls to explore opportunities in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics with confidence.

Through mentorship, STEM career exposure, hands-on activities, and confidence-building experiences, we help girls discover their strengths, believe in their potential, and see themselves as future engineers, scientists, innovators, and leaders.

Duration: 4 Weeks Total

  • Weeks 1-3: Live Practical Workshops & Self-paced activities
  • Week 4: Group and 1:1 Mentorship with a Big Sister

Time Commitment:

  • Weeks 1-3: 2 Hours Per Week of Focused Development
  • Week 4: Flexible and Self-Paced Mentoring

Cohort Size: Up to 20 Participants

Small Pod Size: 4-5 Participants
