How Does the Report Card Work?
Your report card tracks five habits:
- Document your work: Keep evidence of your contribution.
- Name your role: Clearly explain what you did.
- Capture your impact: Record the result or difference your work made.
- Share your contribution: Communicate it to a relevant audience.
- Update your record: Add it to your CV, portfolio, review notes, or private achievement log.

FAQs
What is a STEM Credit Report?
It is a contribution tracker and self-reflection template that helps women in STEM document their achievements and review how consistently they claim credit for their work.
Is this a financial credit report?
No. “Credit” means acknowledgement and recognition for your contributions.
Do I have to post my achievements publicly?
No. Sharing your contribution can mean updating your manager, presenting to your team, discussing your work with a mentor, or using another relevant channel. Public posting is optional.
What if someone else doesn’t recognise my work?
You can record that in the recognition tracker. Recognition from others does not affect your grade, which focuses on the actions you take.
Can I use it for collaborative work?
Yes. Record your specific contribution alongside your collaborators and shared credit.
How often should I use it?
Update your log regularly and review it monthly, quarterly, or before an important conversation. Use a separate copy for each review period.
What happens if an action doesn’t apply?
Select N/A. That action is excluded from your score. Incomplete entries remain ungraded until the required fields are completed.
