We are proud to celebrate our Founder, Lois Adeyemo, who served as Conference Coordinator 1 for the SWE Lagos Engineer Her Future Conference 1.0.
In this role, Lois played an important part in bringing the conference vision to life. She supported the planning and coordination of the event, worked closely with the organising team, communicated with speakers and stakeholders, and helped ensure that the programme and conference activities came together successfully.
Throughout the planning process, she wore several hats, including project manager, programme coordinator, communications coordinator, fundraiser coordinator, and graphic and website designer. Her contribution reflected the creativity, organisation, adaptability, and commitment required to deliver an impactful conference.
Held on June 5, 2026, at the Radisson Blu Anchorage Hotel in Victoria Island, Lagos, the conference brought together professional women engineers, university students, and secondary-school girls for mentorship, networking, learning, and meaningful conversations about STEM careers.
Lois’s involvement reflects the mission of Adelois Consulting to create opportunities that support, connect, and inspire women and girls in STEM.
