Who Can Join?
Volunteer roles are open exclusively to students currently enrolled at a college or university. Students from all fields of study are welcome—you don’t need to be studying STEM.
We’re looking for reliable, enthusiastic students who want to gain practical event experience, build connections, and support women and girls in STEM.
You must be available in person in Toronto on December 5, 2026, attend a volunteer briefing, and complete your agreed shift. Most roles require no previous volunteering experience.
Your Time and Commitment
The summit runs from 4–9 PM on December 5, 2026. Some roles require earlier arrival for setup or staying later for pack-down. We’ll share your proposed role, shift, and responsibilities before you accept your assignment.
All roles are unpaid. No ticket purchase is required to complete your volunteer shift. A discounted ticket will be available if you would like to attend beyond your assigned duties; pricing and access details will be shared with selected volunteers.
Ready to Join the Crew?
Complete the application and tell us what you’d enjoy helping with. Selected applicants will receive an email with their proposed assignment and next steps.
