LaunchHer Mentor Application Form

A 3-month cohort mentorship for early-career women in STEM in Canada.

Thank you for your interest in becoming a mentor with the LaunchHer Mentorship Program by Adelois Consulting.

LaunchHer is a 12-week virtual mentorship program supporting early-career women as they build confidence, strengthen their professional skills and navigate their STEM careers in Canada.

We are looking for experienced professionals who are willing to share practical insights, provide encouragement and support a mentee’s career development.

Please complete this application carefully. Shortlisted mentors will be contacted with information about onboarding, mentor matching and program expectations.
