It is a supportive space where women in STEM can grow with strategy, community, honest conversations, and Big Sister in STEM guidance designed to help you flourish personally and professionally.

  • Months 1: Live Practical Workshops & Self-paced activities
  • Months 2-3: Group and 1:1 Mentorship with a Big Sister

Time Commitment:

  • Months 1: 2 Hours Per Week of Focused Development
  • Months 2-3: Flexible and Self-Paced Mentoring
