LaunchHer Mentorship

Are you an early-career woman in STEM ready to build your confidence, strengthen your skills, and move your career forward?

The LaunchHer Mentorship Program is a structured career development pathway designed to help early-career women in STEM build confidence, gain clarity, and take intentional steps toward career growth.

Why LaunchHer

As an early-career woman in STEM, you have the knowledge, potential, and ambition to succeed. Yet building a fulfilling career requires more than technical ability. It takes clarity, confidence, workplace awareness, and the right professional support.

At LaunchHer, we understand that qualifications alone do not always translate into career growth. You need the right Competence, Confidence, and Connections to navigate the workplace, communicate your value, access opportunities, and move your STEM career forward with intention.

About the Program

STEM employers are looking for professionals who can combine technical knowledge with strong communication, strategic thinking, confidence, and the ability to work effectively across teams. However, understanding workplace expectations, communicating your value, and making informed career decisions can be challenging without the right guidance and support.

The LaunchHer Mentorship Program is designed to help early-career women in STEM build a strong foundation for meaningful and sustainable career growth. The program bridges the gap between academic or technical knowledge and workplace success by developing career clarity, professional confidence, workplace awareness, and practical career skills.

Participants gain practical guidance on personal branding, career planning, professional communication, workplace navigation, networking, and positioning themselves for new opportunities. Through structured learning, mentorship from experienced STEM professionals, peer engagement, and practical exercises, participants strengthen their ability to make confident decisions and take intentional steps in their careers.

LaunchHer equips participants with the Competence, Confidence, and Connections needed to communicate their value, navigate challenges, access opportunities, and move their STEM careers forward with purpose.
