About the Program

The STEM Sisters Bootcamp is a free three-day virtual experience designed for girls and early-career women who want greater clarity, confidence, and direction in their STEM journey.

Through interactive sessions, practical activities, mentorship, and peer conversations, participants will explore their strengths, identify career possibilities, build a personal action plan, and connect with a supportive community of women in STEM.

How Is the Program Structured

The STEM Sisters Bootcamp is delivered virtually over three interactive days. Each session combines guided learning, practical activities, mentorship, and peer discussion to help participants move from self-discovery to clear next steps.

The bootcamp includes live virtual sessions, individual reflection exercises, group activities, practical resources, and a certificate of participation.

Day 1: Discovering Me in STEM

Participants explore their interests, strengths, values, and the different ways they can build a future in STEM.

Day 2: Building My Future in STEM

Participants learn how to set meaningful goals, develop their professional identity, and create a practical action plan for their next stage.

Day 3: Becoming a STEM Sister

Participants connect with mentors and peers, build their support network, and identify how they can continue learning, growing, and supporting other women in STEM.

STEM Sisters Bootcamp Monthly Schedule

The bootcamp will run every four weeks from Wednesday to Friday, with each cohort completing three live virtual sessions.

As the Founder of Adelois Consulting and Co-Founder of AfriteQ Academy, she is at the forefront of driving innovation in STEM education, mentorship, and professional development.

With a Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering from Newcastle University, UK, and a Bachelor’s degree from Swansea University, UK, Lois blends technical expertise with strategic leadership. A multifaceted professional, she is also a proficient graphic designer and website builder.

Selected participants will receive an email containing their acceptance, session schedule, virtual access details, and onboarding information.

How do I apply?

Complete the online application form before the deadline. Applications are reviewed for each monthly cohort, and spaces may be limited.

Yes. All sessions are delivered online, so participants can join from any location with a stable internet connection.

Each cohort runs for three consecutive days. Participants attend one live interactive session each day.

Participants will explore their strengths and interests, learn about STEM career possibilities, set practical goals, create an action plan, and connect with mentors and peers.

The bootcamp includes live learning sessions, personal reflection exercises, group discussions, practical activities, mentorship, networking, and access to useful resources.

Yes. Participants who attend and complete the required activities will receive a certificate of participation.
