STEM Sisters Bootcamp

Led personally by Lois — an Engineer/Entrepreneur with 10+ years across STEM, mentorship, and leadership. Be one of the first to walk into a bootcamp built by a Big Sister, for sisters.

Who is STEM Sisters Bootcamp for

For every girl or woman ready to explore STEM with a Big Sister.

Whether you’re 14 or 24, in school or starting out, if you’re curious about STEM and want guidance from someone who’s done it, you belong here. No prior STEM experience required. All you need is curiosity

Middle & high school girls

You’re curious about STEM but not sure where to start. You want to see what’s out there before you commit, with someone who’ll explain it without making you feel small.

University students

You’re studying STEM but the path ahead feels vague. You want clarity on your strengths, where you fit, and what your next steps actually look like.

Early-career women

You’ve just started your STEM career or you’re switching into one. You want practical guidance, real conversations, and a sister to walk with.

The 3-day curriculum

No vague “explore STEM” promises. Every session has a specific exercise, a specific outcome, and a clear connection to your next step.

Meet your Big Sister

I'm Lois. I designed this bootcamp from what I wish someone had given me.

I’m a Civil and Environmental Engineer and Entrepreneur with over 10 years across engineering, mentorship, STEM advocacy, and leadership. I built Adelois and this bootcamp  because I know what it feels like to be capable but unsure of your next move.

What I needed at the start was a Big Sister in STEM. What I had was a Big Brother in Engineering. So I built the program I wish had existed.

I’ll be leading every session of this first cohort personally. No outsourcing, no recordings only — just me, you, and the sisters who decide to join us.

Frequently asked

Questions you might have before applying.

Is this bootcamp really completely free?

Yes — 100% free, always. No hidden fees, no upsells, no trial periods. The STEM Sisters Bootcamp is part of our commitment to making mentorship and clarity accessible to every girl and woman in STEM, regardless of background or budget.

Live sessions are timed for global reach, but every session is recorded and available within 24 hours. You can complete the bootcamp even if you can only attend one or two live sessions.

No experience required. The bootcamp is designed for girls and women who are exploring STEM, you can be in middle school just discovering the field, or 5 years into your career and still figuring out your direction. Curiosity is the only prerequisite.

If it's a new program, how do I know it'll be good?

This is the first cohort of this specific bootcamp, but it’s not Adelois’s first program. Adelois Consulting has been delivering mentorship programs for women and girls in STEM for over 5 years including for the Society of Women Engineers in Lagos. Lois personally leads this bootcamp, drawing on 10+ years in engineering and mentorship.

Yes. Participants who complete all 3 days receive a Certificate of Participation signed by Lois. Founding cohort participants also receive a “Founding Sister” badge.

You’ll get an automatic confirmation email within 24 hours. Within 3 business days, we’ll either confirm your spot or place you on the waitlist for the next available cohort. You’ll then receive a welcome packet with prep materials, session links, and joining instructions.
