I am excited to officially introduce a new resource from Adelois Consulting — the Discovering Myself in STEM Workbook designed especially for high school girls exploring their journey in STEM.
For a long time, I have been passionate about helping girls not only enter STEM spaces, but truly see themselves in them. One thing I have realized through mentorship and conversations with students is that many girls are still trying to answer important questions like:
“Who am I?”
“What am I good at?”
“What STEM career fits me?”
“Can I really succeed in STEM?”
This workbook was created to help answer those questions.
The Discovering Myself in STEM Workbook is a reflection and career exploration resource that encourages girls to discover their strengths, interests, confidence, and future possibilities in STEM through simple and engaging activities.
Inside the workbook, students will:
- Reflect on their interests and personality
- Identify their strengths and skills
- Explore different STEM careers
- Build confidence and self-belief
- Create personal goals for their future
This resource is not about having everything figured out already. It is about helping girls begin the journey of self-discovery and reminding them that there is space for them in STEM.
